Custom-Made Items – No Returns or Exchanges

All products sold on our website are custom made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Please Review Carefully Before Ordering

We strongly encourage customers to:

  • Carefully review product descriptions, images, and sizing guides

  • Double-check size, colour, and design selections before checkout

Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect due to our error

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will offer a replacement or appropriate solution at our discretion.


What Is Not Considered a Fault

The following are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Minor colour differences due to screen or lighting variations

  • Slight variations in print placement or fabric texture

  • Fit issues resulting from incorrect size selection

These are inherent characteristics of custom manufacturing.
